This ram head was fun to do. He stares right at you! I had cut a frontal view of rams, but not a side like this one. I put this in a gun cabinet, on the small front doors. Approx. 100 pieces, I liked this close up because I could really detail it nicely. The ram on the slab on the right is approximately 3 feet tall. The slab is incredibly gorgeous as is the detail of the ram. I have approximately 300 pieces in the full ram. He looks you right in the eye! The slab is reminscent of the types of mountain peaks rams live on. This is literally a one of a kind, as each background slab I use is different, naturally!
This guy is a real king of the mountain. The Rocky Mountain Bighorn can be seen in the Big Lost and Little Lost Mountain Ranges in Southeast Idaho, but it ain't easy, folks. You gotta be a real mountain climber to get up there with these guys!
